Nimonic 80A

Nickel chromium alloy

Description

Nimonic 80A is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy that is precipitation-hardenable, designed for high-temperature applications where both strength and oxidation resistance are critical. It belongs to the Nimonic family of superalloys, which are widely used in aerospace and turbine industries.
It’s especially valued for components that experience high stress at elevated temperatures. It hass good creep resistance and good fatigue and thermal fatigue resistance
