Inconel 925
Nickel iron chromium alloy
Description
Inconel 925 is a nickel–iron–chromium alloy (designation UNS N09925) that is age-hardenable (precipitation strengthened) by the addition of aluminum and titanium, similar to Incoloy 825 but much stronger.
It combines excellent corrosion resistance (especially in harsh oil & gas environments) with high mechanical strength, making it a top material for downhole and marine applications.
